The heart of the operation is a continuous platen press giving superior control of board properties which are further enhanced in the finishing process by the renowned Steinemann sander in eight head configuration.

The manufacturing process is fully automated to ensure optimal efficiency and consistent properties of finished panels. In-process quality assurance checks, fully automated and computer controlled and backed up by routine sample testing in an ultra-modern laboratory, give further assurance of consistent compliance with product specifications.
